工作职责：

• 创建、发放并最终完善PDM


• 理解并执行客户特定要求


• 审批生产主唛、成分/产地标签、UPC及其他标签，并维护标签库


• 就所有生产相关事宜与客户和工厂进行沟通


• 跟进生产测试


• 协助中国办事处负责人完成指派的任务


• 与中国工作室协调管理产品拍摄，并核实照片格式与质量


• 根据需要，在工厂查验尺寸和品质


• 协助工厂维持出货计划并确保按时交货

任职资格：

• 须具备本科及以上学历


• 须具备2-3年生产经验；有童装行业工作经验者优先


• 必须条理清晰，具备团队合作精神


• 优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力


• 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件


• 有ERP系统使用经验（熟悉A2000者优先）


• 具备跨项目/产品线处理多层级任务的能力

Well-known Childrenswear brand located in New York City seeks a highly organized and motivated individual for a full-time production assistant position in Shanghai or Guangzhou office. This position is available immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

* Create, issue, and finalize PDM

* Understand and implement customer-specific requirements

* Approve production main label, CC/CO label, UPC and other tags, and maintain the label/tag library

* Communicate with customers and factories regarding all production-related inquiries

* Follow up on production testing

* Assist the head of China office with assigned tasks

* Manage photo shoots with China studio and verify photo formats and quality

* Check measurement and quality at factory upon request

* Support factories in maintaining shipping schedules and meeting
deadlines

Job Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree required
* 2-3 years of production experience required; working in Childrenswear a plus.
* Must be extremely organized and a team player

* Excellent written and communications skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* Experience working within an ERP system (A2000 a
plus)
* Ability to multi-task at various levels across project/product lines.
