Responsibilities
1. Oversee product development and factory manufacturing for SMT & FATP
2. Manage the readiness of build materials, project schedules, critical paths, and associated risks.
3. Coordinate daily activities with component vendors and factories to ensure alignment with project goals and collaborate closely
4. Manage build material readiness and oversee the achievement of build objectives and metrics.
5. Drive vendor build calls and clear to build activities

Other Qualifications:
1. Over 2 years of experience as a Program Manager in hardware development.
2. BS Degree or above in Engineering
3. Expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) for hardware products.
4. Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers.
5. Knowledge of factory Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Top Level Assembly (TLA) processes, including fixtures, assembly, testing, and logistics.
6. Flexibility to travel to vendor sites to support bring-up activities
7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
