主要职责 / Responsibilities

与业务部门沟通，理解业务需求，编写需求文档。 Communicate with business units to understand requirements and prepare documentation.

参与ERP与冰柜管理系统的配置、测试、上线及优化。 Participate in configuration, testing, go-live, and optimization of ERP and freezer systems.

协助系统与其他业务系统（如WMS、供应链系统）进行基础集成与数据对接。 Assist in basic integration and data interfacing between ERP and other systems (WMS, supply chain, etc.).

跟进系统项目的实施计划，协调内部资源，推进项目落地。 Follow up on project implementation plans, coordinate internal resources, and drive execution.

为终端用户提供系统操作培训与日常使用支持。 Provide system training and daily support to end-users.

设计基础报表或与开发人员协作完成报表需求。 Design basic reports or work with developers to fulfill reporting needs.

管理系统用户权限，确保系统的安全性与数据保密性。 Manage user access rights to ensure system security and data confidentiality.

收集与反馈系统使用中的问题，协调解决方案推动落地。 Collect and report system issues and coordinate solution implementation.

任职要求 / Requirements

本科及以上学历，信息技术、管理信息系统、工业工程等相关专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

具备3年以上ERP系统实施或支持经验，有项目经验者优先。 At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or support; project experience is a plus.

熟悉ERP基本业务流程（采购、销售、库存、财务等）。 Familiar with basic ERP business processes (Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Finance, etc.).

有良好的沟通能力、项目协调能力与需求分析能力。 Strong communication, coordination, and requirement analysis skills.

熟悉数据处理与分析工具（如Excel、SQL基础查询）。 Proficient in data tools like Excel and basic SQL queries.

中、英文流利者优先。 Fluent in Chinese or English is a plus.

有较强的学习能力和团队合作精神。 Strong learning ability and team spirit.
