人事行政：

1.协助办理员工入离职手续

Assist in handling employee entry and exit produces

2.负责考勤数据的管理和统计

Managing attendance data and conducting statistical analysis

3.负责提供人事行政支持，包括但不限于:会议、清洁、绿化、快递、办公用品、通讯、印刷、车辆;

Responsible for providing HR & Admin support, including but not limited to: meeting, cleaning, green plant, express delivery, office supplies, communications, printing, vehicles

4.协助差旅事宜，包含不限于酒店预定、票据整理等

Assist with travel matters, including but not limited to hotel reservations, ticket processing, etc

5.负责物业相关事宜沟通及费用支付

Managing property-related contacts and overseeing related expense payments;

6.支持各项员工活动

Supporting various staff activities;

7. 领导安排的其他工作任务等

Undertaking other tasks assigned by the leader

财务：

1.报销与支付：审核并处理员工报销单据，按照公司规定流程完成款项支付，保持与各部门的有效沟通。

Reimbursement & Payments: Review and process employee reimbursement requests, completing payments according to company procedures while maintaining effective communication with departments.

2.财务文档、数据管理与归档：确保财务档案的完整性和安全性。

Document Management & Archiving: Responsible for organizing, archiving. Safely keep the company's financial special seal and online banking Ukey and safeguarding financial-related documents to ensure their completeness and security.

3.结算：负责处理企业的现金和银行票据的收支结算，包括各类银行票据的收入、签发，以及定期盘点各类票据。及时打印银行回单、对账单资料。不定期向银行办理一些简单业务。

Fund settlement：Responsible for handling the settlement of income and expenditure of cash and bank notes, including the receipt and issuance of various bank notes, as well as the regular inventory of various notes. Timely print bank receipts and statements and unregularly handle some simple banking business

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历

Bachelor's degree or above

2. 1-3年相关工作经验

1-3 years of experience in a similar role

2. 优秀的沟通能力及协调能力

Demonstrate excellent communication skills along with strong coordination abilities

3.英语可作为工作语言，英语精通者优先考虑

Proficiency in English is preferred as it can be used as the working language
