Forestown International Group is hiring a full time assistant manager for its branch company SIT. The assistant manager should be able to work in the company’s Beijing office or work from home in China.

Responsibility
- Sourcing suitable candidates for the company’s clients in the world
- Scheduling candidates’ interviews
- Assisting supervisor to manage projects and facilitate deliveries
- Attending meetings assigned by supervisor
- Coordinating on team meetings and summarizing sourcing related data weekly
- Supporting supervisor’s work when needed

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of sourcing platforms and social medias such as Linkedin
- 3 years of work experience
- Strong Chinese and English language skills
- Very good at communication and teamwork
- Can work on Saturday morning
