岗位由于外企编制原因,合同签订1年期,保险公积金齐全

Overview

The customer service admin in supporting the service order process, create and follow up service cases in salesforce till its closure. Create and maintain orders in SAP according to the guidelines. handle customer’s service requests and keep good business relationship with customers, such as performing paper works, make quotation , review and sign the contract with customer, also need to follow up the service order process, support the work of field engineer like make parts delivery online etc. order progress until AR collection.

Responsiblities

1. Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt effective feedback.

2. make quotation in Salesforce and SAP to customers and review/sign service contract with customers.

3. create service orders in SAP according to the guidelines, follow up the order and follow the process until order completed.

4. Coordinate work across different departments to ensure smooth information flow.

5. Support to the field engineers' on-site service

6. AR collection

7. Other duties assigned

Qualifications

1. Good communication and skills with oral and written English

2. Working skill of Microsoft Excel required. Experience with MS Office Suite. Knowledge with SAP, Salesforce will be a plus.

3. A minimum bachelor’s degree, related Customer Support field or English major required.

4. Good customer communication experience and Must be a service-minded person with high level of dedication, teamwork.

5. Al least 3 years working experience, customer service experience is preferred

6. Efficiently handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment, ensuring each task is completed on time.

7. Quickly learn new skills and knowledge to adapt to constantly changing work demands.
