Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop mechanical products, covering all stages from prototyping to production.
2. Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and test-acceptance within the new product development process.
3. Conduct cost analysis and optimization to ensure production efficiency and quality.
4. Coordinate with project teams and regularly report on project progress.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
3. Familiarity with the fundamental principles of hydraulic control and electrical control.
4. Proficient in the analysis and calculation methods of Material Mechanics and Theoretical Mechanics.
5. Expertise in mechanical design CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CAXA.
6. Strong teamwork and project management skills.
