职位描述
岗位职责:
1. You will lead to providing resolution of customer complain for external customers and need to timely respond to customers on site and make preliminary judgments for on-site problems.
2. You will organize relevant functions department and external resource to define root cause of CCRP and organize internal quality issue analysis meetings and participation in customer analysis meetings.
3. You will prepare RCA report and hand over to customer on time and push relevant departments (or suppliers) make action plan to improve quality and follow up.
4. You will response team management on CCRP group and drive team performance improvement.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求:
1. You hold a Master's degree or above is preferred.
2. Background in electrical, insulation, or mechanical, at least five years’ experience in technology, R&D, production, and quality of high voltage switchgear products. Familiar with high-voltage power equipment, familiar with the quality analysis process and tools.
3. Power grid, high voltage switchgear manufacturing working experience preferred.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, Skilling of team leading and cooperation with others.
5. Enable work with pressure and competence of fast learning.
6. Skilling on computer office software (word/excel/PPT).
7. Fluent English.
