【岗位描述】
1.及时准确下发采购需求给 CSS buys，对于紧急物料给出合理的需求时间。
- Timely and accurately issue procurement requirements to CSS buyers, and provide
reasonable demand times for urgent materials.
2.根据在手订单及预测订单，合理预测周期长/瓶颈物料的采购需求计划，根据业务需求，每年
预测瓶颈物料的需求给 SCM。
- Based on current and forecasted orders, reasonably predict the procurement demand plan for long cycle/bottleneck materials, and annually forecast the demand for bottleneck
materials to SCM according to business needs.
3.根据生产要求协助 CSS buys 确保原材料的供应，确保采购计划被有序的均衡的执行。
- Assist CSS buyers in ensuring the supply of raw materials according to production requirements, and ensure that procurement plans are executed in an orderly and balanced
manner.
4.监控原材料库存，每月对原材料进行分析及改善，推动原材料库存的降低。
- Monitor raw material inventory, analyze and improve raw materials on a monthly basis, and promote the reduction of raw material inventory.
5.监督呆滞物料的使用情况，与其他部门配合消耗呆滞物料以及报废处理。
- Supervise the use of obsolete materials, coordinate with other departments to consume
obsolete materials and dispose of them.
6.及时维护 SAP 物料相关的采购数据, 确保系统 MRP 运行结果与实际状态相符，每季度对物料进行 ABC&XYZ 分析，通过数据分析对异常部分推动改进。
- Timely maintain procurement data related to SAP materials to ensure that the MRP operation results of the system are consistent with the actual status. Conduct ABC&XYZ.
