岗位目标 Purpose of the role
学校心理辅导老师负责建立、实施和完善全校心理健康与辅导教育项目,确保学生在身心、社会情感、学习及生涯发展方面的全面成长。该岗位以学校的办学目标和教育愿景为导向,提供系统、专业且持续的心理支持与指导。
The School Counselor is responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously developing a comprehensive whole-school counseling and psychological education program aligned with the school’s mission and vision. The role supports students’ academic, social-emotional, psychological, and career development across Kindergarten to Grade 12.

任职资格与要求 Qualifications & Requirements
心理学、教育学或相关专业本科及以上学历,硕士学历优先。
持有教师资格证及中国国家心理咨询师(心理咨询师)证书。
具有三年以上学校心理辅导、学生心理健康或生涯发展教育相关工作经验。
熟悉K12学生的发展特点,能够有效回应多样化学生群体的需求。
具备扎实的心理咨询专业背景,熟悉多种咨询模式、方法及资源,并能灵活运用。
具备良好的专业判断力、职业操守和高度的保密意识,富有同理心与亲和力。
具备优秀的沟通与人际交往能力,能够与学生、家长、教师及校外专业人员有效合作。
具备良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。
熟练使用Microsoft Office及心理辅导、生涯教育相关软件;具备SPSS等数据分析工具使用经验者优先。
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Valid teaching qualification and Chinese National Counselor (Psychological Consultant) Certificate.
At least three years of relevant experience in school counseling, student wellbeing, or career development education.
Strong understanding of K12 student development and the ability to support a diverse student population.
Solid professional background in counseling with working knowledge of various counseling models, practices, and resources.
High standards of professional ethics, sound judgment, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, staff, and external professionals.
Strong spoken and written Chinese and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant counseling or career education platforms; experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS is an advantage.
