岗位职责：
1. The cost estimation and bid preparation, riskAnalysis , knowledge of construction methods for competitive pricing.
2. RFQ Evaluation, the Client Evaluation, Engineering knoweldge of prevailing specifications/technology, authority guideline/requirements。
3. Deep understanding of contractual base on preTender or JV agreemnts, Post tender and execution experience.
4. Coordination withTechnical/Planning/Contracts & Legal/QA&QC/HSE department for value engineering/risks.
5. Knowledge of various types of Contract such as FIDIC red/Yellow/Bespoken.
6. Vendor management and negotiations during biding stage
岗位要求：
1. 工程造价或土木工程相关专业
2. 有海外（阿联酋市场）大型太阳能光伏项目经验，有EPC承包商和开发商工作经验者优先
3. 15年投标全流程和实操的工作经验.
3. 英语流利，可作为工作语言
