Job Title: Social Marketing Assistant Manager
主要职责Scope
1.Develop and implement Booster social marketing plan to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences and drive business growth.
- Lead social agency to deliver holistic social plan for Booster campaign
- Manage social agency to deliver social content on quality and on time based on social plan, including but not limited to WeChat Long Graphic/Redbook Post/Douyin Short video.
- Develop periodic summary report, including but not limited to data collection and social listening analysis, competitor social communication research and industry social best practice.
1. 负责制定并执行主题乐园平季增强战役和其他IP联动活动的社交媒体传播计划,以提升品牌知名度、吸引目标受众并推动业务增长。
- 带领外部社交媒体代理公司,制定平季增强战役和其他IP联动活动全面的社交媒体传播方案;
- 带领管理外部社交媒体代理公司,根据传播计划按时按质交付执行工作,包括但不限于微信公众号长图文、红书微博贴子和抖音短视频等;
- 负责社交媒体定期报告,包括但不限于数据分析、社媒聆听分析、竞品分析和行业优秀案例分析等;
2.Develop and implement social marketing plan for sales function team social symphony program.
- Work with cross function team to deliver well-planned social cadence and execution of EC and trade campaigns including but not limited to 618/D11
- Lead in social content creation for MICE milestones and buyout event.
- Lead in social content creation for UBR APH moments.
2. 负责制定并执行全重要电商时间节点社交媒体传播内容的落地执行,支持销售部门销售转化。
- 配合支持电商团队和销售渠道合作伙伴,落地执行重要电商时间节点的传播规划和内容,包括但不限于618和双十一活动;
- 负责MICE活动的社交媒体物料内容制作和发展;
- 负责年卡用户全年重点时间节点活动的社交媒体传播规划和内容执行
3.Support new brand platform launch campaign and other social initiatives.
-Support on social always-on strategy and execution, including but not limited to key beats campaign, social interaction program and Douyin strategy.
-Support on new brand platform launch campaign.
3. 支持新品牌战役的社交媒体内容规划和落地执行,以及社交媒体全年内容规划的执行落地。
- 配合支持社交媒体平台全年方案的制定,内容制作发展,包括但不限于其他关键时间节点(Key-beats)活动,抖音平台的策略执行等。
- 配合支持新品牌战役的社交媒体的传播规划制定,内容制作和执行。
4.Support fans community building to develop UBR fan ecosystem
- Establish a growing and solid UBR fan community. Leverage fan base to maximize brand buzz on key cadence, enrich UGC content and protect positive voice out in comment zone across whole year’s social communication
- Support line manager to develop at least 4 initiatives on fan building to retain and revive fan’s power to spread WOM for UBR
4. 支持粉丝社区建设,发展北京环球度假区粉丝生态圈
- 建立一个不断壮大且稳固的北京环球度假区粉丝社区。利用粉丝基础,在关键节点上最大化品牌的热度,丰富UGC内容,并在全年的社交沟通中保持积极正面的舆情。
- 支持部门经理发展执行粉丝激活计划,持续拉动粉丝的粘性和活跃度。
5.And other assigned duties by line manager其他由直线经理分配的工作任务
任职资格Qualifications
- 5+ years B2C marketing experience, has experience in social media agency communication planning or in-house social media marketing role, preference in content marketing, including content planning and execution integrated with creative idea and thinking.
- Demonstrate understanding of Chinese digital platforms (e.g. WeChat,RED,Weibo, Douyin) and consumer social behaviors.
- Strong learning agility is must.
- Good sense and capability on copywriting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and capable to multi-tasking.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Leadership skill in coaching subordinate and agency
- 5年以上市场营销经验,有社交媒体供应商的工作经验或者是甲方市场部相关社交媒体岗位经验,最好是有内容营销的工作经验。
-深度理解中国主要社交媒体平台,包括但不限于微信,小红书,微博,抖音,熟悉掌握平台的特性,运营模式,互动玩法和消费者习惯。
- 具有快速强大的学习和适应能力。
- 具备一定的文案撰写能力。
- 具备良好的中文和英文书面写作和口头沟通能力。
- 能够在快节奏和变化动态的环境中工作,具备多线任务处理能力。
- 能够独立工作和团队协作。
- 具备指导下属和代理机构的领导能力。
