Position summary:

执行日常成本的质量检验、监控，并及时向上级汇报。

Carry out quality inspection and monitoring of daily cost, and report to superiors in time。

Key responsibilities:

Ÿ 负责测试需求相关的物理化学性能检测和尺寸检测。

Responsible for the physical and chemical properties of raw materials testing.

Ÿ 负责测试设备仪器的使用和维护保养。

Responsible for the use and maintenance of test equipment and instruments.

Ÿ 试验用的化学危险品的储存、使用管理。

Management of storage and use of dangerous chemical products for test
purposes.

Ÿ 负责公司计量器具测试设备的校验。

Responsible for the calibration of testing equipment for measuring
instruments.

Ÿ 汇总、存档各项质检记录、校验记录及相关资料。

Summarize and archive all quality inspection records and related
materials.

Ÿ 维护实验室5S遵守公司的EHS相关规定确保执行ISO14001、IATF16949 & ISO45001相关要求。

Comply with company EHS requirements to ensure
compliance with ISO14001, IATF16949 & ISO45001 requirements.

Ideal candidate experience:

Ÿ 2年以上生产现场与品质检验工作经验/实验室工作经验。

At least 2 years working experience in production site and quality inspection.

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

Ÿ 会看机械图纸。

Read mechanical drawing.

Ÿ 熟悉公司的工艺工序及工作原理。

Familiar with the company's process and working principle.

Ÿ 熟练使用Office办公软件。

Familiar with Office software.

Ÿ 能吃苦耐劳，能适应倒班，具有团队精神。

Can bear hardships and stand hard work, can adapt to shift work, have team spirit.

Qualifications/ certifications:

Ÿ 理工科专业专科以上学历。

College degree or above in science and engineering.
