Position summary:
负责在制品在生产过程中的日常质量巡检、监控、快速反应并与上级保持沟通。
Responsible for the daily quality inspection, monitoring, quick response, and communication with superiors in the production process of WIP.
Key responsibilities:
Ÿ 过程首件确认。
Process confirmation.
Ÿ 过程性能测试及质量控制。
Process performance testing and quality control.
Ÿ 不合格品的处理及纠正、预防、改善措施的跟进。
Deal with nonconforming products and follow up corrective, preventive and improvement measures.
Ÿ 发现批量不良（同一缺陷连续2模或5件发生或累积不良数达到20件），有权立即停线，并通知主管。
If a batch of defective products is found (the same defect for 2 consecutive molds or 5 consecutive pcs or the cumulative number of defective products reaches 20), has the right to stop the line immediately and notify the supervisor
Ÿ 过程测试数据收集整理。
Process test data collection and sorting.
Ÿ 过程定时巡查。
Regular process inspection.
Ÿ 遵守公司的EHS相关规定确保执行ISO14001、IATF16949 & ISO45001相关要求。
Comply with company EHS regulations to ensure compliance with ISO14001, IATF16949 & ISO45001 requirements.
Ideal candidate experience:
Ÿ 2年以上生产现场与品质管理工作经验。
At least 2 years working experience in production site and quality management.
Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):
Ÿ 熟悉公司的工艺工序，工作原理。
Familiar with the company's process, working principle.
Ÿ 熟练使用Office办公软件。
Familiar with Office software.
Ÿ 能吃苦耐劳，能适应倒班，具有团队精神。
Can bear hardships and stand hard work, can adapt to shift work, have team spirit.
Qualifications/ certifications:
Ÿ 理工科专业专科以上学历.
College degree or above in science and engineering.
