岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
1. 为3-16岁不同年龄段的学生提供高质量、互动性强的英语课程。
Deliver high-quality, interactive English lessons to students aged 3–16.
2. 根据学生的年龄和水平，设计、积极备课并实施有趣、有效的教学计划。
Design, prepare enthusiastically, and implement engaging, effective lesson plans tailored to students’ age and proficiency.
3. 激发孩子们对英语学习的兴趣，营造积极、鼓励的课堂氛围。
Spark children’s interest in learning English and foster a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere.
4. 主动反馈课堂情况，跟中教积极沟通课堂情况，并友好合作。
Provide timely feedback on lessons, communicate actively with Chinese teachers about class situations, and collaborate cordially.
5. 积极参与学校组织的相关活动等。
Take an active part in school-organized events and related activities.
任职要求Requirements：
1. 母语为英语，来自英语为母语的国家。
Native English speaker from a country where English is the primary language.
2. 持有大学本科及以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. 持有TEFL、TESOL国际英语教学资格证书。
Possession of an international TEFL or TESOL certificate.
4. 具备至少3年及以上英语教学经验，拥有少儿英语教学经验者优先。
Minimum of three years’ English-teaching experience; experience in children’s English instruction preferred.
5. 真心喜爱儿童，富有爱心、耐心和责任心。
Genuine love for children, with compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
6. 为人亲和好相处，阳光开朗，外向有趣，具备优秀的沟通能力及课堂感染力。
Approachable, upbeat, outgoing, and engaging; excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students.
7. 为人灵活，能够适应不同教学场景与学生需求。
Adaptable to varied teaching contexts and student needs.
8. 无任何不良嗜好，需提供无犯罪记录证明。
No harmful habits; must provide a clean criminal background check.
