3.优化产品体验（如静音设计，震动降低，安装便携开发等） （Optimize product experience (such as silent design, vibration reduction, installation and portable development, etc.)

4.协调研发，供应链，营销团队，确保产品按计划落地，并参与成本控制及生产问题解决（Coordinate R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure that products are implemented as planned, and participate in cost control and production problem-solving;）

5.熟悉风扇核心部分（如叶轮，蜗壳，磁体等）及技术标准，与供应商合作优化方案（Familiar with the core components of fans (such as impellers, volutes, magnets, etc.) and technical standards, and collaborate with suppliers to optimize solutions）

6.负责座椅通风风扇产品的开发&协调工作（Responsible for the development and coordination of seat ventilation fan products）

7.负责沟通客户需求，得到客户相关的要求转化为产品功能的实现（Responsible for communicating customer requirements and converting them into product functionality implementation）

8.主导风扇的产品功能设计，协调风机的磁体设计，风机结构设计，电子电路设计，并整合在一起完成产品功能实现（Lead the product function design of the fan, coordinate the magnet design, fan structure design, electronic circuit design of the fan, and integrate them together to complete the product function implementation）

10.通过用户调研，数据分析挖掘需求，优化产品体验（Through user research, data analysis, and demand mining, optimize product experience）
