岗位职责：
1) 铁矿石外贸采购及终端市场区域开发；
2) 维护现有大客户及长协供应商良好关系；
3) 负责进口铁矿石等相关原材料的采购工作；
4) 探索开发潜在终端客户及与铁矿石相关的业务机会；
5) 收集并分析铁矿石市场信息；
6) 制定并执行铁矿石采购/资源开发策略，积极拓展供应商渠道；
7) 跨部门协同合作，研判市场走势，分享市场行情信息，提供数据支持；
8) 外贸采购报盘筛选、合同谈判及协助合同执行，确保从前期到尾款结算的全流程跟进。
岗位要求：
1) 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业优先；
2) 5年或以上工作经验，具备铁矿石煤炭等相关业务或钢材外贸销售等领域经验者优先；有市场开发、客户维护或订单跟进经验者优先；
3) 具备良好的沟通能力、谈判技巧及人际交往能力；
4) 责任心强，有执行力，具有良好的团队合作意识；
5) 能承受工作压力，能适应国际出差，为人诚实守信，积极向上；
6) 具备出色的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力。
Procurement Manager
Location: Singapore, Shanghai, Rizhao
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage international procurement of iron ore and develop terminal market regions;
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and long-term suppliers;
• Responsible for procurement of imported iron ore and related raw materials;
• Explore and develop potential terminal customers and business opportunities related to iron ore;
• Collect and analyze market information on iron ore;
• Formulate and implement procurement and resource development strategies for iron ore, actively expanding supplier channels;
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to analyze market trends, share market insights, and provide data support;
• Screen foreign trade procurement offers, negotiate contracts, and assist with contract execution to ensure full-process follow-up from initiation to final payment settlement.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business English, or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with iron ore, coal, or steel foreign trade sales experience; experience in market development, client maintenance, or order follow-up is a plus;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• High sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and good teamwork spirit;
• Able to work under pressure, willing to travel internationally, honest, and positive attitude;
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
