Primary objective

 Fully responsible for the execution of all assigned engineering activities associated with the facilities.

 To liaise with client team .

Specific Accountabilities

 To manage,direct and supervise all direct project functions ,relating to the asset,thus ensuring cost effective and efficient achievement of all works.

 To liaise with client to ensure the needs of the asset are fully met through the safe,efficient,fit for purpose design and construction work on time and within budget.

 Organize meetings with clients and be responsible for maintaining the meeting minutes.

 Prioritisation of designated project in accordance with available resources.

 Review and approval of project estimates to achieve given scope of work.

 Management of all works relating to the asset from registration to completion.

 Overall supervision of individual projects through the designated project engineering team .

 Motivate,manage and develop the projects engineering personnel resources assigned to his responsibility.

 Reports projects progress and achievements ,to the required level of detail to the Project Manager and General Manager.

 Prepare project weekly report.

 Quality Assurance –Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.

 Safety –Responsible for personal safety safe working practices.Understand and follow HSE procedures.

Matching Indicators

 Bachelor's degree or above in applicable engineering subject.

 Minimum 10 years in offshore oil &gas engineering management.

 Fluent in English.
