岗位职责:
1、Project Planning and Budgeting
- Assist the project manager in developing detailed and reasonable overall project plans, clarifying objectives, tasks, timelines, and responsible parties for each phase to ensure the plan is actionable and forward-looking.
- Participate in project budgeting, accurately estimate and categorize project costs, establish cost control baselines, and provide a basis for project cost management.
2、Schedule Control
- Establish a project progress monitoring mechanism, regularly collect progress information, compare actual progress with planned progress, and promptly identify deviations and analyze causes.
- Develop effective corrective measures for schedule deviations, such as adjusting resource allocation, optimizing workflows, and coordinating interdepartmental efforts, to ensure timely project completion.
- Regularly report project progress to team members, management, and stakeholders, and communicate issues and solutions in a timely manner.
3、Cost Control
- Monitor project expenditures, track and analyze costs in real time to ensure they remain within budget.
- Identify factors that may lead to cost overruns, such as material price fluctuations, labor cost increases, or change management, and take timely control measures, such as cost forecasting, optimizing procurement plans, and enforcing strict change approvals.
- Conduct regular cost performance analyses, prepare cost reports, and report project cost status to management to support decision-making.
4、Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks, such as technical, market, or policy risks, assess and analyze them to determine priority levels and mitigation strategies.
- Develop risk response plans, clarify responsible parties and measures, and regularly monitor and track risks to adjust strategies as needed, ensuring effective risk control.
- Establish a risk early-warning mechanism to promptly detect changes and trends in risks and take preemptive measures to minimize their impact.
5、Change Management
- Establish a change management process to standardize the application, evaluation, approval, and implementation of project changes, ensuring their impact is effectively controlled.
- Evaluate change requests, analyze their effects on project schedule, cost, quality, etc., and provide a basis for change-related decisions.
- Track the implementation of changes to ensure compliance with approved plans, and adjust project schedules and budgets to accommodate new requirements. Qualifications.
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,工程管理或相关专业;
2、10年以上工作经验,有外资项目经验,锂电项目尤佳;
3、精通项目管理知识体系,熟悉项目控制各方面,如进度、成本、质量、风险管理等;
4、熟练使用项目管理软件如P6,精通EXCEL,熟练使用公式;
5、沟通能力强,团队意识强;
6、英语熟悉熟练,适应英语为工作语言。
