Brief description:
This position is responsible for conducting process planning and optimization including injection molding process and assembly processes.
Responsiblities:
1.Leading process optimization Te-reduction,changeover improvement,line balancing, line VSM and MTM update, working station ergonomic analysis and optimization.
2. Supporting CIP activities on scrap reduction, tooling optimization, workstation/line automation upgradation. Daily problem solving.
3.Document update on Working instruction, PFMEA, process chart.
4.Providing technical support and as backup for other lines.
5.Participating in new project launch and training operators based on Working instructions.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above major in manufacturing related. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
2.Minimum 5 years' working experiences in Process Optimization or Industrial Engineering. Injection Molding Process experience is preferred.
3.Experiences in fixture/tooling design, drawings making, normal machining, layout design, lean production is preferred.
4.Good capability of engineering tools, e.g Auto CAD, MTM, VSM
5.Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, ISO14001.
