Key Responsibilities:
1、Recruitment & On-boarding for Foreign Employees
1)Manage the recruitment process for foreign employees, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
2)Coordinate on-boarding activities for foreign hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
2、Visa & Work Permit Coordination
1)Assist foreign employees in obtaining and renewing Chinese work visas, residence permits, and other required documentation.
2) Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Entry-Exit Bureau, Foreign Experts Bureau) to ensure compliance with immigration and employment regulations.
3) Provide guidance on relocation logistics, including accommodation, tax registration, local laws and regulations, and cross-cultural adaptation.
3、Foreign Employee Labor Relations Management:
1) Oversee full-cycle employment administration, including contract preparation, renewals, amendments, and termination procedures.
2)Address employee queries related to labor policies, benefits, and workplace culture.
3)Ensure compliance with Chinese labor laws and company policies for foreign staff.
4、Documentation & Record Management:
1) Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files for all foreign and local employees, including contracts, visas, and legal documents.
2) Submit required reports,data analysis, and updates to the Foreign Experts Bureau,EEB, department Head and other regulatory bodies in a timely manner.
3)Track and manage the EEB records and visa expiration dates.
5、Cross-functional Collaboration:
1) Support bilingual recruitment for other positions as needed, including drafting bilingual job descriptions and conducting interviews.
2) Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Finance) to resolve HR-related issues for foreign employees.
3) Assist in organizing cross-cultural training or integration programs for international staff.
6、Additional Duties:
1) Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, work permit policies, and foreign talent management best practices.
2) Perform HR tasks assigned by the HR Manager or senior leadership.
