【Job Responsibility】

一、EM Production planning

1. Responsible for executing factory production planning in line with customer requirements.

2. Responsible for assuring production load and capacity in line with demand from commercial organizations, while enhancing the logistics service and reliability of the factory.

3. Confirm delivery to customers’ orders in 48 hours based on material
availability and capacity.

4. Daily resolution of issues and bottleneck planning: FAP1

5. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions on delivery reliability to customers.

6. SAP MRP view maintenance.

7. Maintain good communication with SCM team members and PD, QC, etc.

二、Demand Planning

1. Get net demand from customers via APO system weekly

2. Collaborate net demand with stakeholders on data completeness and accuracy

三、Leading SCM projects

1. Lead SCM LEAN/continuous improvement projects

2. Coordinate on HANA S/4 project (SAP upgrade)

【Skill and experience】

1. Min. 5 years’ experience of Logistics processes of manufacturing

2. Bachelor or above

3. Experience in SAP system

4. Experience in Office software application skills

5. Fluent English expression in speaking, writing and listening

6. Leadership and team management experience

7. Related warehouse management experience preferred
