工作内容：
Based on project requirements , collate and complete the BOM list of prototype vehicle.
根据项目需求，整理与完善试制车辆的BOM清单。
Responsible for 3D data and 2D drawings of BIW, exterior and interior parts.
负责车体/内外饰样件方案设计 3D 数模设计、2D 图纸设计。
Support of technical clarification during the parts development, supplier nomination, soft tooling check, concept of small series tooling and fixture.
负责车体/内外饰样件与供应商协同发开及定点的技术支持工作，审核软模、小批量快速样模方案及检具方案。
Responsible for technical clarification during the PV&DV, find the proper solution for problems.
负责车体/内外饰相关系统试制验证技术支持，针对存在问题制定合理解决措施。
人员要求：
Education/ 教育经历 ：
 Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent qualifications;
本科学历，车辆工程、机械工程、材料工程相关专业或同等学历；
Professional Experience/工作经验：
1. At least 3 years of EOM or tier1 supplier as BIW/interior & exterior development engineer. Familiar with development process of whole vehicle, experience of at least 2 whole car projects’ development.
3 年及以上在汽车主机厂或一级供应商处作为车体/内外饰零件开发工程师的经验。熟悉整车开发流程，具有2 个以上车型项目开发经验。
2. Familiar with the regulatory requirements and standards of BIW/interior & exterior parts.
熟悉白车身/内外饰系统相关零部件的技术法规要求，了解产品相关标准。
3. Familiar with the body sheet metal stamping, welding process flow, able to stamping and welding parts fixture, inspection fixtures for evaluation and acceptance; familiar with the interior and exterior injection molding process flow able to molds, fixtures, inspection
fixtures for evaluation and acceptance.
熟悉车身钣金冲压、焊接工艺流程，能够对冲焊件夹具、检具进行评审和验收；熟悉内外饰注塑工艺流程能够模具、夹具、检具进行评审和验收。
4. Familiar with CATIA, solid 3D data drafting skills, parametric modeling experience is preferred.
熟练使用CATIA，具备扎实的3D 制图能力，有参数化建模经验优先。
Skills 工作技能:
Understand the complete development process of passenger vehicles; familiar with the process of exterior parts development. Be able to analyses, compare and modify the data of parts.
了解乘用车辆，特别是小型客车的完整开发流程；熟悉外饰零部件的开发过程。拥有零部件数据的分析、对比、调整的能力。
Familiar with the process and technology of soft tooling production. Be able to work together with designer, supplier to solve all relevant problems, such as mold analysis,optimization of soft tooling parts…
熟悉软钢模的生产流程、工艺。有能力与设计师，供应商一起协作解决软钢模具生产，软模零件生产过程中的各种问题：包括模具的分析，软模件质量的优化等。
Be able to solve all problems during the assembly of prototype vehicles, e.g. alternative solution, collision…
能够快速解决零件装车过程中遇到的各位问题，例如替代方案，干涉等
Good communication skills, teamwork sprit and sense of responsibility
有良好的沟通能力，强烈的团队合作意识，有较强的责任心；
IT skills: MS Office, CATIA, JT2GO. Connect / KVS is preferred
IT 技能：MS Office，CATIA，JT2GO。熟悉Connect / KVS 者优先。
