As a S&T Customer support Chemist, you will work with your supervisor and other colleges to provide support to customer in China East, to achieve our sales target. You will report to S&T Product Development Manager and base in Zhangjiagang.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for color match and wet sample making.
Provide support to help processing and maintain efficient processing formulation for local conditions.
Take active role in problem solving of customer issues using appropriate methodology.
Maintain cost efficiency of products by a systematic plan for approving the use of local raw material whilst retaining product performance and application characteristics.
Provide internal technical support to sales team for the purpose of technical know-how improvement.
EHS consciousness and maintain laboratory tidy.
Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken and full traceability of the work; Ensure all projects documentation is completed and in full.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related area.
Have experience in coating industry.
Capability in using English, reading and writing.
