工作描述
 Developing distribution and a rep network
 Strengthening productive relationships with existing distribution channel.
 Developing the end user and presentations to decision makers for industrial/commercial projects to show energy savings from our products.
 Developing famous general contactor, to get more project information.
 Presentations to design institute and highlight advantage of our products, For designing Schwank’s heater in Drawing.
 Support distributor to communicate with end user or GC, anlysis the project for winning the project in highest proability.
 Training sales people of distributors to be a professioal sales
 Advance and execute sales strategies.
 Collect the marketing information.
 Complete the sales task

 加强及维护现有客户关系
 挖掘最终用户,并向其决策者展示我司产品优势
 发展知名总承包商,获取更多项目信息
 面对设计院进行宣讲,突出我司产品优势,争取将施万科的加热器用于其图纸设计中
 协助经销商与最终用户或总承包商的交流,分析项目,以最大可能赢得项目
 对经销商销售人员进行培训
 制定并执行销售策略
 收集市场信息
 完成区域销售任务


PROFILE OF CANDIDATE
任职资格
 Bachelor degree or above
 Full time positions base on home in Shenyang

 28-38 years
 Good in being self-organized and accurate in his/her works
 Sales-oriented, customer-oriented, target oriented way of thinking
 Flexibility, perseverance and passion
 Good sales planning process
 Good organizational ability
 Preferably for having sales experience in gas IR heater.
 HVAC solution sales experience in industrial field is preferred.


 本科及以上学历
 全职,驻沈阳
 28-38岁
 良好的自我组织能力和精准工作的能力
 具有销售,客户和目标的导向思维
 灵活、有毅力、团队精神
 具有良好的销售计划流程
 很好的组织能力

 有燃气红外线加热器销售经验者优先
 有工业领域暖通方案销售经验者优先
