Dealing with all related technical issues within commercial team.处理商务团队内所有与技术相关的事宜。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责：

Ø Provide technical support to the corresponding area, work closely with sales
to develop and present technical proposal to customers

向对应的区域内提供技术支持,和销售一起为客户提供技术解决方案

Ø Customer liason between product design, production and other internal departments

内部生产、设计以及其他部门间的沟通

Ø Provide product and application training and held seminar for OEMs and sales channels

向客户和代理商提供产品和应用培训及研讨会

Ø Commission and debug at customer site

在客户现场进行产品调试

Ø Make spread win material from successful wins成功案例汇总

Ø Cooperate with Marketing Department to write technical articles

配合市场部编写技术类宣传文章

Ø Setup application and concept-oriented demo in office

建立产品演示Demo

Ø Provide after sales support and troubleshooting提供售后服务及现场故障排除

Complete the tasks assigned by the leaders

完成临时安排的任务

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求：

BA degree or above, CET-4 or above 学士学位及以上，英语四级及以上
At least 3 years working experiences in machinery industry 至少三年机械行业工作经验
Communicate with customers in depth and help them optimize their requirement.
能够和客户深入沟通交流，并帮助客户对其需求进行优化
To prepare technical solution according to actual needs. And ability to perform design
Calculations. 根据实际需求提供技术方案, 并可以进行校核计算
Knowledge of device communication protocols 了解产品的通讯协议
Ability to solve moderately complex problems 具备解决中等复杂问题的能力
Have the ability and experience to deal with the RMA具备处理售后能力和经验
Ability to participate in marketing activities. 具备参与市场活动能力
Have some electrical knowledge 具备一定的电气知识
