1.电气或机械工程等学士学位
2.供应商质量管理至少2年的经验
3.熟练使用（5W分析，8D报告，FMEA（FMEA（FMEA）（FMEA）和统计工具。
4.熟悉ISO9000，ISO14000，ISO45001，最好有审核员资格。
5.英语听说读写流利。
6.机械零件或半导体行业经验首选。
职位介绍
1.Drive quality improvement at supplier end
2.Drive supplier to resolve quality issues, SCAR closure and handle assigned tasks；
3.Support production timely with regard to material issues
4.Work with PE to do failure analysis and resolve material related quality issues
5.Work with sourcing to evaluate and qualify new suppliers, review quality performance of QBR；
6.Ensure supplier quality performance , including the adaptability, stability and effectiveness.
7.Conducting quality audit of existing suppliers according to the supplier audit program.
8.Be responsible for material FAIR （First Article Inspection Report）；
9.Be responsible for incoming inspection criteria and sampling plan； guide and train inspectors；
10.Review and approve relevant change requests from suppliers
11.Assume other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
