• Full-Cycle Document Development and Maintenance: Responsible for the writing, reviewing, and maintenance of technical documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Develop, write, and update technical documents such as technical files, design risk assessments, user manuals, engineering reports, specifications, and procedures to support engineering and product development.
开发、撰写及更新各类技术文档，包括技术文件、设计风险评估报告、用户手册、工程报告、技术规范与操作流程，为工程与产品研发工作提供支撑；
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, designers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in all documentation.

• Serve as the technical authority for engineering standards, ensuring all documentation complies with relevant regulations (e.g., ATEX, CE marking) and internal quality management systems.

• Oversee and document the product development process from concept to production, ensuring all technical requirements and changes are accurately captured.

• Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, tools, and templates, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering and project functions.

• Maintain a structured library of technical documents, ensuring version control, accessibility, and integration with systems like ERP and CAD platforms.

• Support internal and external stakeholders by providing technical assistance, training, and guidance on the use and interpretation of documentation.

• Participate in or lead engineering projects, estimating time and complexity for documentation tasks, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedules.

• Review and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency; lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for documentation-related quality concerns.

• Support customer interactions, including technical assistance and site visits, and ensure documentation meets client and regulatory expectations.

• Draft intellectual property-related documents, including but not limited to patent specification disclosure documents, R&D project proposal reports, and feasibility study reports.

• Continuously monitor industry technological developments and track updates in relevant regulations and standards. Promptly incorporate the latest requirements into all technical documentation to ensure it remains both current and forward-looking.

Job Qualifications / 任职资格：
Required / 必备
• Degree in Engineering or relevant fields
机械工程或相关专业学士学位
• 3 years of proven experience as an Engineer or similar role in the equipment manufacturing industry
3年设备制造行业工程师或类似岗位经验
• At least 3 years R&D experience in mechanical industry
3年以上机械行业研发经验
• Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes
