岗位职责：
（1）IT infrastructure operation and maintenance IT基础设施运维：

Daily operation, monitoring, inspection, and troubleshooting of company servers, network devices, storage, and other IT infrastructure.负责公司服务器、网络设备、存储设备等IT基础设施的日常运维、监控、巡检和故障处理。

（2）System and Application Support 系统与应用支持：

Responsible for installation, configuration, upgrade, patch management, and performance tuning of OS (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms, databases, middleware, etc.负责操作系统（如Windows/Linux）、虚拟化平台、数据库、中间件等的安装、配置、升级、补丁管理和性能优化。

（3）Fault response and handling 故障响应与处理：

Timely response and resolution of IT system failures, performance bottlenecks, and security incidents to ensure high availability and data security.及时响应和处理各类IT系统故障、性能瓶颈和安全事件，确保系统高可用和数据安全。

（4）Change and Release Management变更与发布管理：

Execute system and application changes, releases, and rollbacks according to change management processes to ensure business continuity.按照变更流程执行系统和应用的变更、发布、回滚等操作，确保业务连续性。

（5）Data backup and recovery数据备份与恢复：

Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies, conduct regular drills to ensure data integrity and availability.制定并执行数据备份、恢复策略，定期进行备份演练，保障数据完整性和可用性。

（6）Safety compliance and inspection安全合规与巡检：

Responsible for IT asset security management, access control, compliance checks, and security hardening; participate in information security incident response.负责IT资产安全管理、权限分配、合规检查和安全加固，参与信息安全事件应急响应。

（7）Document and Knowledge Management文档与知识管理：

Prepare and maintain O&M documentation, operation manuals, troubleshooting cases, and knowledge base.编写和维护运维相关文档、操作手册、故障案例库和知识库。

（8）Continuous Improvement and Optimization 持续改进与优化：

Continuously optimize O&M processes and tools to improve system stability and operational efficiency.持续优化运维流程和工具，提升系统稳定性和运维效率。
