Key Responsibilities:

61 Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and developeffective recruitment strategies

61 Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

61 Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, andassess candidate qualifications61 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

61 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

61 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR system and forms

61 Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

61 2-5 years of experience as a Recruiter,preferably within the automotive or trucking industry.61 Strong understanding of recruitment processesand tools.

61 Excellent communication andinterpersonal skill

61 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.61 Proficiency in using Moka is preferred,61 Strong organizational and time-management skils
