JOB RESPONSIBILITIES &
DUTIES:

· Design and execute community activities for international
entrepreneurs, enterprises, and innovative organizations, including but not
limited to startup salons, industry workshops, international demo days, and
cross-border networking sessions.

· Establish and maintain partnerships with international companies, embassies, chambers of commerce, international startup platforms, universities, and research institutions to attract high-quality global resources and projects.

· Manage the reception, tours, and onboarding of international enterprises
and startup teams。

· Build and manage both online and offline international entrepreneurship communities to foster communication, collaboration, and resource sharing among members.

· Collaborate with internal teams to effectively connect global innovation resources with XNode’s incubation, acceleration, and cross-border landing services.

· Monitor global innovation and entrepreneurship trends and organize high-impact international branding events to elevate XNode’s visibility within the global innovation community.

· Collect and analyze community engagement data to continuously improve community experience and participation.

JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCES:

· Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English with excellent cross-cultural communication skills; able to conduct business discussions and host events in both Chinese and English.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation/startup community management, international business development, ecosystem partnership, or related fields; prior experience serving foreign enterprises or entrepreneurs is preferred.

· Deep understanding of both Chinese and global innovation ecosystems, with strong knowledge of technology entrepreneurship, industrial upgrading, and
cross-market expansion.

· Strong event planning and execution capabilities; experience organizing large-scale international conferences or startup events is a plus.

· Excellent resource integration and relationship management skills; existing network within the international innovation community is highly desirable.

· Passionate, open-minded, and entrepreneurial; able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
