Job Description:
1.Support to Sourcing:
-Ensure risky products comply with applicable regulations, as well as retailer-specific requirements.

-Coordinate with certification bodies, external consultants, and internal teams to ensure market access requirements are appliable.

-Proactively identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.

-Review test reports and compliance files. Ensure all required documentations are accurately prepared, maintained, and accessible.

-Independently and proactively research Australian legislation and compliance requirements as relates to business product categories.
-独立主动研究澳大利亚与公司产品品类相关的法律法规及合规要求
-Manage cert/registration expiry and renewal timelines and proactively contact stakeholders to renew or update.
-管理证书/注册证的有效期与续期时间节点，主动联系相关方完成更新
-Manage timelines and ensure all tasks are completed to schedule to support product launch.
-统筹时间节点，确保按计划完成所有任务以支持产品上市
-Support teams in conducting documentation tasks, such as packaging design, packaging review, manual review etc.
-协助团队完成包装设计、包装审核、说明书审核等文档相关工作
-Create protocols and effectively communicate requirements to the sourcing team and vendors.

2.Support to Quality:
-Collaborate with PD team to develop engineering specifications
-与产品开发团队协作制定工程技术规格
-Evaluate samples at various development stages and follow up on necessary improvements

-Collaborate with teams to communicate failed or pending inspection outcomes, providing clear recommendations for next steps

-Due-diligence test implementation

Qualification:
A.At least 5 years’ experience in market access compliance, testing of electrical appliance. (Laboratory experience is preferred)
具备至少5年电器产品市场准入合规与测试经验（有实验室经验者优先）
B.Have a great understanding in AU or EU market access regulations
深度理解澳大利亚或欧盟市场准入法规
C.Good oral and written English skills
优秀的英语口头与书面表达能力
D.Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and motivated by continuous change

E.Hands-on computer knowledge in MS word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
