职位描述
The Technical Support is responsible for:
▪ Interface with Airbus XP ME regarding work folder.
o Ensure completeness of work information and relevant documentation (e.g. drawing, SOI, S99, etc.).
o Review work details contained in the work folder for any inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
o Assist in implementing solutions for unexpected and critical items.
▪ Prepare DAHER Work Order Following Sheet (SPD-13) based on Airbus Cover Page
o Accurately indicate the work details and referential documents (i.e. WO number, NC number, S99, AIPI, SOI, Drawing reference, etc.) as lifted from Airbus cover page.
o Select applicable skill/s and/or qualifications appropriate to industrial processes (i.e. Special Process or Non-special Processes) required to perform the work.
o Maintain up-to-date qualification information on DAHER WO Following Sheet (SPD-13) according to the latest DAHER competency table.
▪ Serve as link between Airbus XP ME and DAHER Production Team on matters related to the work to be performed.
o Timely coordination in case of any change in work order or other relevant work information.
o Monitor and follow-up technical responses for unexpected and/or hazardous/critical items.
▪ Collect, check and archive completed Work Order Following Sheet / Cover Page (SPD-13).
▪ Actively participate in the improvement of operational processes.
▪ Respect Airbus and DAHER FOD rules.
▪ Strictly observe EHS policy and procedures (including assessing risks in workplace & taking into account
counter-measures).
▪ Know the hygiene and safety rules related to the job / working station, and use of personal and environmental protective equipment (PPE).
▪ Know & understand the rules, procedures and processes corresponding to the customer intervention site and to DAHER.
