岗位职责
1, Responsible for heavy duty vehicle products’s body, frame, interior and exterior decoration and
other parts vehicle dynamics or system finite element model construction (mesh, pre-processing);
1、 负责重卡产品的车身、车架、内外饰等零部件动力学仿真或系统的有限元模型搭建（网格划分、前
处理）；
2, Responsible for the modal, stiffness, strength fatigue calculation and analysis of parts or systems,
as well as structural optimization
2、 负责完成待分析零部件或系统的模态、刚度、强度疲劳计算分析，以及结构优化；
3. The optimization of parts or systems should comprehensively consider weight, cost, manufacturing
and other factors, and the optimization should be reasonable and feasible;
3、 零部件或系统的优化方案需综合考虑重量，成本，制造等因素，优化方案需合理可行；
4, Prepare reports according to calculation analysis and optimization results
4、 根据计算分析以及优化结果，编写报告；
5, According to the project development plan and data release plan, Make CAE analysis plan to
ensure timely delivery of analysis report;
5、 结合项目开发计划和数据发布计划，制定 CAE 分析计划，保证分析报告按时交付；
6, Consider the closed loop of CAE and test, design or track special tests to verify and improve the
accuracy of CAE results;
6、 需考虑 CAE 与试验的闭环，设计或跟踪专项试验以验证并提高 CAE 结果准确性；
7, Continuously improve the structural strength or fatigue requirements of parts or systems
7、 持续完善零部件或系统的结构强度要求标准。
Qualifications Required:
任职资格要求：
major in Mechanical, Mechanics, Vehicle Engineering, Materials or related
机械、力学、车辆工程、材料等相关专业；
5 years or more working experience in the field of Finite Element Analysis of component and system
structure, strength and fatigue;
JD001
在零部件及系统结构、强度、疲劳的有限元仿真分析领域具有5年及以上工作经验；
Proficient in Hypermesh, Abaqus, Femfat and other related CAE software;
熟练掌握 Hypermesh、Abaqus、Femfat等CAE软件的使用；
Familiar with structure, fatigue durability,and other related standard documents and regulations;
熟悉结构、疲劳耐久等相关标准文件和法规要求；
Strong communication and coordination ability, executive ability, learning ability and teamwork
ability;
具有较强的沟通协调能力，执行能力、学习能力及团队合作能力；
Strong problem solving ability, experience in closed loop verification of CAE results and test results is
preferred;
具备较强的问题解决能力，有CAE结果和试验结果闭环验证经验者优先考虑；
Good oral English ability, can use English as the working language;
具备较好的英语口语能力，可使用英语作为工作语言；
