Tasks/Area of Responsibility

· Analyzing, clarifying and defining system requirements demanded by the customers, and standards, statutes, safety requirements by Hella.
· Coordinating cross-function requirements and measures with mechanical design, hardware and software team.
· Creating technical gap lists in ALM and reviewing with customers. Drafting, creating and coordinating the system specifications and system architecture in accordance with general guidelines and methods.
· Creating system concepts of coolant control module/valves based on customer required working modes and architecture.
· Creating system engineering planning and steering the project team within the corresponding framework.
· Defining and planning the configuration management in the project for the overall product in terms of construction, hardware and software.
· Administrate the configuration environment and tools for the project teams.
· Planning and conducting the integration and integration test at system level.
· Conducting reviews of and ensuring the completeness of internal requirements and architecture to fulfill the customer requirements
· Creation, alignment and supporting the system release strategy for customer projects and related verification measures
· Supporting the system design analysis: FMEA, functional maturity, technical risk management
· Creation, update and verification of the system functional safety concept in alignment with the safety manager
· Creation of effort and cost estimations for system engineering tasks
· Verification and release of functional feature changes, challenging impacts and side effects, reviewing the test strategy and test environment
· Promotion of Hella products in China Market, and searching for new opportunities of Hella products

Your Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering
· At least 10 years related experience in thermal management system of automotive industry or relevant specialty
· Fluent in Mandarin and English
· Knowledge of DOORS, Rhapsody, Automotive SPICE, MATLAB, Simulink is preferred
· Good communication and risk management skills
