3 Ensuring that the project targets are being achieved or overachieved simultaneously or with the priority to selected dimension确保项目目标同时实现或超额实现，可按优先度选定的需实现的维度
4 Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring project maturity, internal tasks / work packages within the production team by using predefined methods and tools使用预定义的方法和工具，定义、规划、协调和监控项目成熟度、生产团队内部任务及工作包
5 Defining members of the extended production team with the help of the functional departments and moderating the production team incl. conflict resolution with functional departments在职能部门的帮助下确定扩大生产团队的成员，并协调生产团队，包括解决与职能部门的冲突问题
6 Guide and advice the development responsible concerning production related options / and improvements at new developments and modifications of products with regard to optimum cost and quality就与生产相关的选择/以及产品的新开发和修改的改进，就最佳成本和质量向开发负责人提供指导和建议
7 Ensure the procurement, pre-acceptance, final acceptance of production equipment according to the project milestone requirements确保生产设备的采购,预验收,终验收满足项目需求
8 Preparing Run @Rate, obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for process approval. Responsibility for the organization / qualification of the start of production准备Run@Rate，根据需求准备产线Run&Rate,确保所有相关文件完成以便开始量产条件
9 Involvement in internal and external project related audits参与内部和外部项目相关审核
Hiring Requirements
1 Bachelor degree, 5 years and above working experience/本科学历以上，五年以上工作经验
2 Has technical background/experience in machine build (from graduation or work experience)/有产线设备建设经验
3 Has project management background/experience (from graduation or work experience)/具备项目管理经验优先
4 Has background in automotive (PFMEA, PPAP, Milestones) is preferred/具备汽车行业背景优先
5 Fluent English, both speaking and writing./ 流利的英语口语和写作能力
