岗位描述 YOUR TASKS
1.Developing product assembly process and test method strictly in line with product engineering specification；Leading production problem improvement;
2.Making the routing of assembly line, calculate the cycle time and assembly hour；
3.Working with internal and external supplier on new assembly line, test equipment and fixture and installation progress；
4.Working on the continuous improvement on product assembly line and process optimization to meet company expectation on quality, cost and productivity；
5.Analyzing main faults and reasons for process, product, CLR（customer line return）,WR（warranty）；
6.Guaranteeing the function of operating equipment including documentation, drafting and updating of flow chart, PFMEA,WI；
7.Training, instructing and supporting production department employees in matters of production and process engineering.
8. Assist PJM to complete the work related to new customer development (Trail run、Full run、WI、Production released etc.)
9. Ability to organize, coordinate and make plans
10. Actively identifying claims potential resulting from engineering changes.
11. Preparing Run & Rate, obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for process approval / qualification of the start of production.
任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor degree or above；
2.At least 5 year’s experience on Manufacturing Engineering ;
3.Good English skill
4.Ownership and leadership
