Key Responsibilities
Optimize existing processes (injection molding/SMT/laser welding/soldering/ultrasonic welding/dispensing) to improve efficiency, cut costs, and enhance quality.
优化现有工艺（注塑 / SMT / 激光焊接 / 锡焊 / 超声波焊接 / 点胶等），提升效率、降低成本、改善质量。
Lead/independently conduct new process introduction: verify, select, evaluate, and accept new technologies/equipment.
主导 / 独立开展新工艺导入：负责新技术及设备的验证、选型、评估与验收。
Develop/update process documents (WI) and apply tools (DoE, PFMEA) to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
编制 / 更新工艺文件（WI），运用 DoE、PFMEA 等工具识别风险，推动持续改进。
Monitor key indicators (PPK&CPK, FPY, OEE), release process parameters, and participate in equipment acceptance.
监控关键指标（PPK&CPK、FPY、OEE），释放工艺参数，参与设备验收。
Solve complex process issues with production/quality teams; document experiments logically and share knowledge.
协同生产 / 质量部门解决复杂工艺问题；逻辑化记录实验过程，推动团队知识共享。
Communicate with German headquarters/overseas factories (when needed) to align process standards.
（必要时）与德国总部 / 海外工厂沟通，统一工艺标准。
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Industrial/Materials Engineering or related field.
机械 / 工业 / 材料工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
≥3 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience in the automotive industry.
3 年以上车载行业工艺 / 制造工程工作经验。
In-depth expertise in at least one process: injection molding/SMT/laser welding/soldering/ultrasonic welding/dispensing.
深入掌握至少一种工艺：注塑 / SMT / 激光焊接 / 锡焊 / 超声波焊接 / 点胶。
Experience in new process introduction; proficient in WI, DoE, PFMEA, PPK&CPK, FPY, OEE, and equipment acceptance.
具备新工艺导入经验；熟练掌握 WI、DoE、PFMEA、PPK&CPK、FPY、OEE 及设备验收流程。
Strong hands-on ability, result-oriented, good teamwork, and high sense of responsibility.
动手能力强，结果导向，具备团队合作精神与高度责任感。
Basic English reading/writing skills; English communication with overseas teams is a plus.
基本英语读写能力；能与海外团队用英语沟通者优先。
