Key Responsibilities:
主要职责:
Product Development: Lead the design, prototyping, and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are optimized for manufacturing. Collaborate with Innovation team to bring products from concept to production.
产品开发:领导新产品的设计、原型制作和开发,确保其符合质量标准并优化制造流程。 与创新团队合作,将产品从概念推向生产。
Creating all Technical packs , BOMS, pricing.
创建所有技术包、物料清单(BOM)和定价。
Pattern grading.
进行尺码扩展
Testing fabrics
测试面料
Review season master sheet and critical path.
审查季节产品和关键路径
Engineering Expertise: Utilize your engineering background to solve complex technical problems, and continuous improvement.
工程专业知识:运用工程背景解决复杂的技术问题,并推动持续改进。改进设计流程和制造效率,缩短产品上市时间。

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Innovation Project manager, designers, and technicians to define product requirements, specifications/ Technical packs, and timelines.
跨职能协作:与创新项目经理、设计师和技术人员密切合作,定义产品需求、规格/技术包和时间表。
Process Optimization: Implement best practices for product testing, validation, and quality assurance. Work on improving design processes and manufacturing efficiency, reducing time-to-market.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch support. Ensure continuous product improvements based on market feedback information and technological advancements.

Technology Scouting: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide innovative solutions and recommendations for product development.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve product issues and engineering challenges during product development and in post-production.

Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior product technologists and engineers. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Key Qualifications:
Education:
教育背景:本科及以上
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product technology, product development, or engineering roles. Experience in a senior or lead position is highly preferred.
工作经验: 至少5-7年产品技术、产品开发或工程相关经验。 - 有高级或领导职位经验者优先
Technical Expertise: Strong engineering knowledge with hands-on experience in product design, development, and testing. Familiarity with product development software (e.g., CAD, Optitex etc.,)
技术专长:扎实的工程知识,具备产品设计、开发和测试的实践经验。 - 熟悉产品开发软件(如CAD、Optitex等)。
Product Development Experience: Proven track record of managing end-to-end product development, from ideation through to manufacturing, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with industry standards.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex engineering challenges, offering innovative solutions while ensuring product integrity and manufacturability.

Highly creative and detail organized with the ability to work to tight timelines

Minimum 5-8 years’ work experience in Product Development with experience in apparel, footwear or accessories, equine industry experience a plus,
Experience working in product creation.
至少5-8年产品开发工作经验,有服装、鞋类或配饰行业经验者优先,马术行业经验更佳。
- 有产品创造相关工作经验。
