岗位职责

1.负责薄膜、微影、蚀刻、离子扩散、机械研磨等半导体设备的维护/故障处理及效能精进.

2.创新性地对设备进行改造，整合机台系统，助力工厂智能制造以提升产能和产品质量.

3.开发实用、智能、便捷工具，提升故障排除与维护效率.

4.引进节能环保设备或技术，助力企业绿色制造

5.与跨职能工程师或供应商沟通.

1.Handle Diffusion, Thin Film, Lithography or Etching equipment for maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.

2. Innovatively transform equipment,integrate equipment systems, and boost factory smart manufacturing to increase
production capacity and product quality.

3. Develop practical, intelligent, and convenient tools to enhance fault - removal and maintenance efficiency for equipment.

4. Bring in energy - efficient and eco - friendly equipment or technologies to support enterprises' green manufacturing.

5. Communicate with cross function engineers or vendors.

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历。电子、电气、机械及自动化相关专业.

2.具备基本的机械/自动化相关知识，有半导体工艺知识者优先.

3.良好的英文阅读能力，具备阅读和理解全英文手册.

4.做事细心负责，良好的解决问题与团队协作能力，拥有积极的学习态度，勇于挑战困难.

5. 可以适应Fab内的工作环境，新人学习期间要配合低频率的大夜班轮班

1. Bachelor degree and above. Major in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Automation Engineering related fields.

2. No experience required (having experience with equipment maintenance or improvement is a plus) and have basic knowledge of mechanical/automation.

3.Good English reading skills, capable of reading and understanding all-English manuals.

4.Meticulous and responsible, with excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills, a positive learning attitude, and a willingness to take on challenges.

5. Able to adapt to the working environment inside the fab, accept night shifts, and be prepared for infrequent shift work.
