- Ensure correct documentation and smooth operation for timely release of cargoes

- Handle bonded handbook and bonded warehouse affairs, including application / maintenance / HeXiao / deletion of bonded handbook with customs
操作保税手册及保税仓库，包括保税手册与海关申请/维护/核销/删除
- Arrange the delivery shipments with the forwarder
与货代安排发货事宜
- Keep record and file all necessary documents related to customs declaration and forwarding
记录，整理，归档所有与报关和转送相关的必要文件
- Maintain good relationships with customs declaration agent and forwarding agent
与报关公司和运输公司保持良好的沟通合作关系
- Prepare business reports for department management needs
