岗位职责：-Responsible for AP/AR management （应收，应付帐管理）
-Prepare Financial statement （各类财务报表整理）
-Coordinate with auditor on yearly auditing work（配合HK审计师年审）
-Keeping a strict record of all office expenditures and managing the budget including all required receipts, certificates and other required documents related to running an office in China （办公室运营成本控制）
-Managing and organizing all necessary filing systems and documents（财务文件管理）
-Responsibility for and maintaining all supplies of stationery, electronic and IT equipment to ensure the office runs efficiently and productively（办公室日常运营管理）
-Carrying out of all staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff（员工考核）
-Holding daily and weekly meetings with senior management to review overall performance of staff and raise any issues that need to be addressed（列会主持及工作跟进）
-Writing weekly required progress reports for senior management, which may include reports on finances, staff performance, service development and/or China procurement annual review （管理层汇报工作进度）

任职要求：Bachelor degree, major in Finance/Accounting （财会专业，大专以上学历）
More than 5 years accounting and management experience（5年以上出口企业财会工作经验）
With HK audit experience（有香港财务经验更佳）
Precise to work, follow process, planning and organizing（工作细致，注重流程）
With experience in Shipping and can audit the Shipment paper work（有船务经验更佳）
Decision making, planning and organizing（计划及组织能力强）
Adaptability teamwork and collaboration（有团队协作精神）
Good command of English/Mandarin（良好英语听说写能力，英语可做工作语言）
Good PC skills, especially Excel（良好电脑操作技能，特别EXCEL）
Good communication skills, high responsibility, strong implementation capacity（沟通能力强，认真负责，执行力强）
Self motivated, team spirit and should be work under pressure（抗压能力强）
Honest, reliable; flexible（诚实可靠）
