岗位职责:
1、执行仓库5S 管理，保持仓库环境整洁，货物存放有序安全。
Follow the 5S implementation, ensure tidiness and safety of warehouse.
2、遵守部门SOP 和EHS/GMP 相关程序。
Follow the department SOP and GMP/EHS relative procedure.
3、保证物料及时收货入库，转移库位，出库等，确保物料帐物相符。
Ensure a timely materials receipt, change stock location, stock removal etc. Ensure the consistence of materials and documents.
4、及时按照指令要求完成物料备料工作。
Material prepare work done in a timely manner.
5、记录或监控仓库温湿度，发现异常汇报和处理。
Record or monitor the temperature and relative humidity, inform and disposal if abnormal were detected.
6、维护仓库设施、设备、叉车。
Maintain the warehouse facilities, equipment and forklift.
7、进行库存物资的日常养护工作，保证货物包装完整、清洁、不变形、不丢失。
Maintain daily stock, ensure the packaging integrity, cleaning, non-deformed, no loss.
8、参与仓库及厂区公共区域的安全工作。
Assist in safety of warehouse and site public area security.
9、对仓库业务相关的外来车辆及人员进行监督，确保符合本公司EHS 程序。
Supervise the warehouse related external vehicles and personnel to ensure that their activities meet our EHS procedures.
10、执行物料计划。
Implement material plan.
11、仓库公共物料申购，跟踪项目生产以及物料使用情况，及时汇报或反馈。
Be responsible for placing order of common stock, track usage and report in a timely Manner.
12、参与固定资产的接收、转移流程，并负责闲置固定资产的保管与处置工作。
Assist in the receipt, transfer, as well as the custody and disposal of idle fixed assets.
13、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
Complete other arrangement by superior.
任职要求:
1、中专及以上，制药、化工、物流相关专业，具有良好的GMP意识。
Secondary school diploma or above.Major in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Logistics or related fields, with good GMP awareness.
2、良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3、至少2年以上GMP仓库工作经验，具备良好的仓储系统操作经验。
Minimum 2 year of GMP warehouse experience, with good experience in warehouse system operations.
4、具有良好的工作协调和沟通能力。
Possess strong work coordination and communication skills.
5、有叉车驾驶证优先。
With forklift driving license is preferred.
