岗位职责:
1.Work closely with line manager to meet project timelines, departmental goal, and customer requests.

2.Work with line manager to grow existing clients and win new clients.

3.Prepare proposal and discuss the relevant plan with directors based on client’s requests.

4.Plan, coordinate and oversee the work activities of scientific staff within the group.
计划、协调和监督团队内科研人员的工作活动.
5.Provide technical leadership and expertise for the team during the development of oral solid, solution, suspension,etc.
为团队在开发口服固体、溶液等方面提供技术领导和专业知识。
6.Be responsible for the review of batch records, formulation development report, or the other related documents.
负责监督批记录、配方开发报告和/或其他与配方和工艺开发工作相关的文件的审核。
7.Lead a matrix project team to perform transfer batch manufacturing for late phase group.领导项目团队进行支持产品转移至后期团队。
8.Guide the design of experiments and the drug product development with the state-of-the-art technologyReview and approve the development plans, summaries, and reports as needed.
指导设计实验并用最新技术指导药品开发工作审阅产品开发计划、总结和报告。
9.Mentor and coach team members to achieve business goal指导并培养团队成员,以达到商业目标。
10.Work with other PDS function groups to upgrade OSD technical capabilities establish new technology platforms, and add values to the customers.
与PDS跨职能部门合作,通过升级口服固体制剂能力,建立新的技术平台,为客户带来价值。
任职要求:
1.Ph.D. in pharmaceuticals or related disciplines with 7+ years’ experience oral solid dosage development. Or MSc in pharmaceuticals or related disciplines with 12+ years’ experience in oral solid dosage development.
制药或其他相关学科博士学位,7年以上的口服固体开发经验。或制药或其他相关学科硕士学位,12年以上的口服固体开发经验。
2.Familiar with the early phase development of new drug product and relative regulations.
熟悉新药早期的开发流程及相关法规。
3.Know-how and expertise in lab scale, pilot scale and production scale pharmaceutical equipment for oral solid dosage form.
在实验室规模,中试规模和生产规模的口服固体剂型制药设备方面的知识和专业知识。
4.People management skills.
