We are looking for owners of specific appliance models in Kuala Lumpur to participate in a market research interview about your purchase and usage experience.

【Interview Details】

· Format: A professional, 1.5 to 2-hour in-home conversation.
· Location: At your home in Kuala Lumpur.
· Incentive: RM 470 cash as a thank-you upon completion of the interview.
· Researcher: The interview will be conducted by a professional researcher who will present a valid ID and work badge for your security and peace of mind.

【Are You Eligible?】

You may qualify if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. You live in Kuala Lumpur and are under 45 years old.
2. You purchased your [APPLIANCE TYPE/MODEL] from an ONLINE E-COMMERCE WEBSITE (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, etc.) .
3. You are the person who made the purchase, or you are deeply familiar with the decision-making process.
4. You are willing to take a few photos of the appliance's exterior and its product nameplate for verification.
5. You are available to schedule the interview at a specific time between 21st and 31st November.

· Price Range: RM 1000 - RM 1800
· Core Brands: Hisense, Midea

✅ Air Conditioner
· Cooling Capacity: 9000 BTU, 12000 BTU
· Core Technology: Inverter technology preferred
· Price Range: RM 800 - RM 1800
· Core Brands: Midea, Hisense, TCL

✅ Washing Machine
· Type 1: Front-Load (including Washer-Dryer) - 60% of sample
· Price Range: RM 1600 - RM 2400
· Brand Priority: Toshiba > Electrolux > LG > Samsung > Hisense > Midea >> Haier (minimal)
· Type 2: Top-Load - 40% of sample
· Price Range: RM 1200 - RM 2160
· Brand Priority: Midea > Sharp > Toshiba > Samsung > LG > Panasonic >> Haier (minimal)
