职位设置的目的/General Function:
结构动力学领域的计算工程师将通过FEM和测量数据分析来研究组件与系统的行为。目标是最小化振动与噪声,识别薄弱环节,并开发舒适且耐用的解决方案。在与客户,合作伙伴和内部团队的密切合作下,相关人员将针对特定需求与研究方向,开发创新的计算方法。
职位的主要职责:
-三维流动模拟(两相与单相);
-排气系统非线性热机械应力模拟;
The Calculation Engineer in the field of structural dynamics will analyze behavior of components and systems by using FEM simulations and measurement data analysis. The aim is to minimize vibration and noise, identify weak points and develop comfortable and durable solutions. In close cooperation with customers, partners and the internal team, the personnel will develop innovative calculation methods for specific and research-related requirements.
Major focus of the position:
-Simulation of 3D flows (2- and 1-phase);
-Simulation of nonlinear thermo-mechanical stresses in the exhaust system;
主要工作职/Main Responsibilities:
-三维流动模拟(CFD,单相与两相):稳态与瞬态CFD计算的执行,包括建模、前处理与后处理;
-3D flow simulation (CFD, 1- and 2-phase): execution of steady-state and transient CFD calculations including modeling and pre- and post-processing;
-热力学(FEM):在加热或冷却阶段,由于不同的热膨胀导致的非线性弹塑性变形/应力的实加与评估;
-Thermomechanics (FEM): Implementation of non-linear elasto-plastic deformations/ stresses due to different thermic expansions in the heating or cooling phase, conducting evaluations;
-模型比较与变体评估(含建模、前处理与后处理);
-Model comparison, variant evaluations including model building and pre- and
post-processing;
-外部服务提供商:外部服务提供商对流动与结构动力学计算、建模及评估的支持;
-External service providers: Support of external service providers for flow and
structural dynamics calculations, modeling and evaluations;
-方法学开发:开发和进一步优化计算方法,以提升结果;
-Methodology development: Development and further optimization of calculation
methods to improve results;
-分析/措施:与客户、设计人员和开发部门的专家合作,评估计算结果并确定实现预期目标的措施;
-Analysis/Measures: Evaluation of the calculation results and determination of
measures to achieve the desired objectives in cooperation with the customer,
the designer and specialists of the development department;
-部门:计算部门在项目团队中的职能体现;与客户、设计人员和部件强度团队一起设计和定义部件和排气系统;
-Department: Representation of the calculation department in the project teams;
design and design definition of components and exhaust systems with the
customer, the designer and component strength team;
个性特质与能力要求/Personality& Competencies:
-机械工程或相关专业领域的理学学士学位;
-Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study;
-熟练掌握英语(书面、口语及听力);
Proficiency in English (writing,speaking and listening) is required;
-成功完成STEM领域的研究,重点是有限元模拟或类似的教育;
-Successfully completed studies in the field of STEM with a focus on finite element simulation or comparable education;
-具备扎实的结构力学理论及实践知识,掌握相关数值方法(如有限元法/FEM);
-Excellent theoretical and applied knowledge of structural mechanics and related
numerical methods, e.g. finite element method (FEM);
-具备结构力学或动力学领域的专业经验;
- Professional experience in structural mechanics or dynamics;
-熟悉有限元工具和相关模拟软件工具;
-Knowledge of FEM tools and relevant simulation software tools;
-独立和有条理的工作方式,分析性思维和可靠性;
