1. 本科或以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 10年以上线材行业设计经验。
More than 10 years design experiences in cable industry.
3. 3年以上主管或同等职位工作经验，带领团队5人以上。
At least 3 years supervisor or equivalent position experiences to lead a team at least 5 persons.
4. 较强的问题解决能力和创新能力，需要标准的DFM/DFMEA应用。
Strong trouble shooting and creative capability, standard DFM/DFMEA application is needed.
5. 良好的中美AE团队沟通与合作能力。
Good communication and cooperation skills for both Chinese and US AE teams.
6. 能够独立组织会议，用英语表达项目设计工作。
Able to independently organize meetings and present project design work in English.
7. 熟练使用SolidWorks和PLM系统控制设计文件。
Proficient in SolidWorks and controlling design files in a PLM system.
8. 具备FEA软件和分析的工作知识。
Working knowledge of FEA software and analysis.
9. 有在团队中发展和保持高尚道德的经验。
Experience with developing and maintaining high moral within group.
