职位描述：

掌握站场生产流程、设备分布、设备原理和应用，熟悉常规保养程序，对故障设备做出正确诊断，按照机械工程师要求处理设备故障，确保设备在良好的工况下运行；

Master the production process, equipment distribution, equipment principle and application of the station, be familiar with the routine maintenance procedures, make correct diagnosis for the faulty equipment, handle the equipment fault according to the requirements of the mechanical engineer, and ensure that the equipment operates under good working conditions.

负责作业前的作业票办理工作，做好作业前安全分析及现场监护工作；

Be responsible for handling the work permit before operation, and do a good job of pre operation safety analysis and on-site monitoring；

负责现场设备区的日常巡检工作，发现问题及时上报，定期清理设备区域环境卫生；

Be responsible for the daily patrol inspection of the equipment area on site, timely report any problems found, regularly clean up the environmental sanitation of the equipment area；

负责泵类设备的日常及周期性检查维护工作，如定期更换润滑油、备用泵盘车等，做好检查维护记录，确保设备资料的完整性；

Be responsible for daily and periodic inspection and maintenance of pump equipment, such as regular replacement of lubricating oil, turning of standby pump, etc., make inspection and maintenance records, ensure the integrity of equipment data；

负责站内阀门的定期注脂保养及维修工作，包括清理阀杆、检查开关灵活度、测试排污阀等，确保阀门的安全可靠性；

Be responsible for the regular grease injection maintenance and repair of the valves in the station, including cleaning the valve rod, checking the flexibility of the switch, testing the blowdown valve, etc., to ensure the safety and reliability of the valves；

负责发电机机械部分的日常维护保养工作，按照设备手册定期维护保养，包括更换润滑油、机滤、空滤等；

Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the mechanical part of the generator, and carry out regular maintenance according to the equipment manual, including the replacement of lubricating oil, mechanical filter, air filter, etc., to ensure that the generator is in good operating condition；

配合机械工程师完成站场压力容器（过滤器、储罐、油水分离器、收发球筒）的月度检查、年度检查以及检验机构的定期检查工作，及时维护出现压差异常设备（过滤器），确保站场压力容器安全平稳运行；

Cooperate with the mechanical engineer to complete the monthly inspection, annual inspection and regular inspection of the station pressure vessels (filters, storage tanks, oil-water separators and spherical receivers), timely maintain the equipment (filters) with abnormal differential pressure, ensure the safe and stable operation of the station pressure vessels.

负责机械设备维修、大修工作，严格执行机械维修方案，对设备存在的隐患提出合理化改造意见并协助机械工程师采取有效整改措施。

Be responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of mechanical equipment, strictly implement the mechanical maintenance plan, put forward reasonable transformation opinions on the hidden dangers of equipment, and assist the mechanical engineer to take effective rectification measure.

任职要求：

压力容器操作证或其他输油站场安全操作类证件

Pressure vessel operation certificate or other safety operation certificate of oil transmission station；

身体健康强壮，无高血压、心血管等疾病；无过敏药物；无酗酒等不良嗜好；

Physically healthy and strong, without hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, allergies to medications; no alcohol abuse or other bad habits.

机械相关专业专科及以上学历；

Mechanical Engineering related Professions, Associate degree or above.

具备5年以上离心泵、螺杆泵等多种泵设备的维护、维修经验；

Have over 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of various pumps such as centrifugal pumps and screw pumps;.

可有效解决管道阀门（如球阀、截止阀、旋塞阀等）、过滤器的机械故障；

Capable of effectively resolving mechanical faults in pipeline valves (e.g., ball valves, gate valves, plug valves) and filters;

有大型原油储罐的维护经验；

Experienced in maintenance of large-scale crude oil storage tanks;

掌握各类机械设备的工作原理与维护保养措施；

Proficient in understanding the operational principles and maintenance measures of various mechanical equipment;

有ABC原油发动机、康明斯发动机维修经验者优先。

Candidates with experience in ABC crude oil engines, Cummins generators are preferred.

英语口语熟练表达；

Fluent in spoken English.

10、35岁以内。
