1.参与滴滴海外信贷业务的运营工作，包含白名单营销、端内资源位导流、端外投放等C端增长工作，通过数据分析、建立漏斗、AB测试等方法，探索端内外拉新渠道，优化转化链路
2.参与滴滴海外信贷业务的客户经营工作，优化新客转化指标
1. Participate in the operation of DiDi’s overseas credit business, including whitelist marketing, in-app traffic diversion, and off-platform acquisition campaigns. Drive user growth through data analysis, funnel building, and A/B testing to explore acquisition channels both inside and outside the app and optimize the conversion journey.
2. Contribute to customer acquisition for the overseas credit business, improving conversion metrics for new users.
任职要求
1. *必须*良好的英语书面、口语沟通能力，能作为工作语言。（有出海业务、外企或海外经历更佳）
2. *必须*耐心，细心，负责任，有owner意识
3. *必须*具备较强的逻辑能力，一定的抗压能力以及沟通协调能力，有很强的学习意愿
4.*必须*2年以上互联网运营或相关岗位工作经历
5.*优先*懂西语，A2及以上水平，有西语国家生活背景优先
6.*优先*有增长运营、信贷行业工作经历优先
1. Must have: Strong written and verbal English communication skills; capable of using English as a working language. (Experience with overseas business, multinational companies, or international exposure is a plus.)
2. Must have: Patience, attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and an ownership mindset.
3. Must have: Strong logical thinking, resilience under pressure, effective communication and coordination skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
4. Must have: At least 2 years of experience in internet operations or a related role.
5. Preferred: Proficiency in Spanish (A2 level or above); experience living in a Spanish-speaking country is a plus.
