Employee onboarding, offboarding, transfer etc. that employee life-cycle related processing.
员工入职、离职、转职等业务流程办理
Employee life-cycle documentation and HR system data maintenance.
员工档案管理和人事系统数据维护
HR system data maintain and validation to ensure 100% integrity and accuracy.
人事系统数据维护和校验,确保100%准确性
Employee leaves in system management and tracking.
员工政策性假期申请的审批与管理
Benefits enrollment and deduction management.
员工社保等相关福利增减员管理
Client and company audit supports.
客户和公司审计材料支持
Employee query answer and advice/solution provider.
员工人事相关问询的解答
On-site support in Chongqing for any government matters handling.
佛山当地政府相关业务的对接与支持
Remote support for other sites and China overall tasks.
其他站点业务和全国性业务的远程支持
Qualification:
任职资格:
Bachelor degree or above, preferred in HR.
本科及以上学历,HR相关专业优先
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations or PSC (People Solutions Center) process.
至少3年的人事业务流程(HRO)或人力共享服务中心(PSC)相关工作经验
Familiar with Workday is preferred.
熟悉Workday系统操作的优先
Good relationship and communication skills.
良好的人际交往与业务沟通能力
Familiar with MS Office, Excel, Word, and PPT.
熟悉和熟练操作MS日常办公软件如Excel, Word, PPT等
English skill could be workable,Cantonese is required
可进行日常简单的英语交流,能够阅读日常英文邮件并回复英文邮件;要求会粤语
Have a good mindset of customer- oriented, detail – oriented, career loyalty.
良好的客户服务意识,注重细节,职业忠诚度高
